The boat was a nice boat, very spacious for two of us and it was clean and well equipped with water and also anything you might need in an emergency while on the water. However, the engine was too small (40hp) for the size of the boat. At full throttle, the boat was moving very slowly and we had to cut our boat trip short just to ensure we made it back to the dock in time without being able to stop off and see other places we had planned in our 2 hour boat trip. Also, while the team on chat was responsive and gave a good customer service, we didn't feel like we received a very warm welcome and farewell at the end of the booking from Mario who met us with the boat at embarkation and disembarkation. It felt very transactional and lacked good customer service. He didn't even really ask if we enjoyed ourselves or if the boat was ok - we got off, he asked us to pay for the fuel and off he went. I don't know if that's my level of expectation of customer service given that i work in luxury travel but for that reason, I personally don't think I would book again with them.

The session begins with a brief introduction, during which our captain will outline all the necessary guidelines for safe navigation.
Our priority is to ensure you can navigate Lake Como securely, guaranteeing both enjoyment and compliance with local regulations. The boat is equipped with essential safety gear, such as life jackets, a buoyant ring, paddles, a fire extinguisher, a bailer, an electric pump for water drainage and navigation lights.
You will be given a map of Lake Como so you will always know exactly where you are. On board you'll find a refrigerator with small bottles of still water.
